Service and customer relation excellent.
It was a very positive experience. All the staff members were extremely knowledgeable and courteous.
They were honest, hardworking, and moderately priced. Very professional :-)
Excellent service. Awesome job. Thanks guys!
I took my pickup in for what I thought was the carrier bearing. Manual transmission, making ugly noises while running in gear. After discussing it with the folks at the shop, I could be looking are a very expensive differential rebuild. Heck, I was pricing new trucks by this time.
They discovered a missing mount on the transmission (from a prior fix at another shop) and a bad u-joint. Where they could have milked a lot of money out of me, they were completely honest with me and only charged me the $150 it cost to fix the problem. Will definitely recommend them and use them for any problems that arise in the future.
I had a very favorable experience at the Washington Blvd AAMCO center and would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.
Excellent service as always!
I have worked with Ian twice on my vehicle. He did a transmission tune-up for me 3 years ago at 395,000 miles. It finally needed more than a tune-up at 455,000 miles, and he took great care of me. Absolutely recommend his shop.
Ian was very polite and kind. I had never been to a mechanic by myself before, and he explained the entire process in a very easy way to understand. I decided the cost of rebuilding my transmission would be too high, and Ian gave me wonderful advice based on my needs. I will definitely come here again if I need any help with future vehicles.
Good experience with getting my transmission serviced. Owner is hands on and staff thorough and professional.
I was astonished and pleasantly surprised with the integrity of a knowledgeable gentleman Ian who diagnosed my transmission when the light appeared in Toyota indicating a transmission issue. Ian revealed it was not the transmission and quickly figured out that I had left my fuel top open hence the indicator light was turned on. Ian spent a good 30 minutes diagnosing and making sure the issue was resolved . I drive off with peace of mind and instructions to always tighten the cap . In the future this is the auto mechanic that I will use for my automobile and refer friends to . With gratitude and Thanks to AAMCO and Ian .
